Had a spacious room with amazing views of the river. The parking situation could be better; $24 a day adds up quickly.

The room had a beautiful view of the capital wheel and river. Breakfast options were better than usual. Amenities like streaming on the TV were great. Some minor noise and breakfast timing issues, but overall a comfortable stay.

I loved the stunning scenery at Hyatt Place National Harbor. Despite some room disappointments and parking issues, the location and facility were exceptional. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement.

at the Hyatt, the view from my room overlooking the Ferris wheel and harbour was stunning during sunrise and sunset. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearby Gaylord Convention Centre. the self-service laundry room on level 7 was convenient, and having an iron in the room was a nice touch. the staff were welcoming and attentive, especially General Manager Ted, who went above and beyond to assist guests.

The rooms are so comfortable and cozy with a pull-out sofa and a spacious workstation. I felt right at home with the 55-inch HD TV and the stunning Waterview from my room. It was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Although I had to deal with expensive off-site parking and missed valet service, the room overlooking the river was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant faced challenges with food availability due to multiple events. However, the staff was helpful and accommodating, despite some language barriers. The location was convenient and within walking distance to attractions. It would have been nice to see more diversity in the breakfast options, but overall, the experience was satisfactory and I would consider staying there again.

The location was prime - tons of food nearby and so much to do by the Harbor, it was awesome! The room was super clean, cozy, and breakfast had a huge spread, not just your basic! Sadly, the bed was a bit cramped for two tall folks.

A cool spot next to the river, all the basics covered with a comfy sofa in the room for my tired legs after hiking. A neat working area to keep up with eco-resort reviews. Wife was impressed with the bathroom amenities, kids loved the flat-screen TV. Had a chuckle trying to figure out the fancy toiletries. Nice spot for a quick family photo op by the historic river banks. Can't complain about the speedy internet, kept me connected to the real world.

The staff were superb, Kimberly B. was such a gem making our stay fantastic. The room overlooking the river was sublime, and the complimentary AA batteries were a nice touch. However, a tiny glitch with the credit card charges arose which didn't dampen the overall awesome experience 😊.

At my first stay, the staff offered a cold drink in the heat, which I remember. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I keep coming back for city breaks.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation. It would be nice if the hotel could work out a deal for guests to receive a parking discount.

The hotel is situated in a prime area, with various dining options and entertainment close by. The king room was clean and comfy with beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and efficient with CO VID-19 restrictions. Sanitizer and PPE things were available and the view was amazing.

The parking is not in/out and is a bit pricey.

I recently stayed in this hotel for a leisure trip to explore the Harborfront Area. I was impressed by the friendly staff and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast had a good variety of options to start the day off right. Being centrally located among shops and restaurants made it convenient for me to explore the area on foot. The beautiful view of the river and Ferris wheel from my room was an unexpected bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place in National Harbor. I live nearby and needed a little treat for myself after months of working from home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and safe throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was like sleeping on a heavenly cloud. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the harbor from the 5th floor. Additionally, I was impressed by General Manager Ted's dedication and interaction with guests. a fantastic experience!

The hotel was lacking in many areas. One of the biggest issues was the limited breakfast options, which only included breakfast sandwiches with pork meat.

Clean and comfortable with great views of the river from some rooms. The location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a running trail. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast bar are friendly and welcoming. The gym is impressive, and the breakfast is free with good variety.

The room was cozy, service was top-notch. The pool was even better in person. Would DEFINITELY choose this spot again!

When we realized we had left our keys behind, we called the hotel and they quickly found them for us. The breakfast had many options to choose from and we were able to get an early start. we would recommend this hotel.

The scenic Waterview room out of my window was breathtaking. It felt like I had a private viewing of a picturesque painting, with the historic Potomac River flowing gracefully. It made every morning a serene experience, sipping coffee while gazing at the tranquil waters.

Hyatt at National Harbor is a snack haven with fab finds. The room view was a total VIBE, and the staff were top-notch. Nearby bites at Granite City Food & Brewery and Thai Pavilion were flavor bombs. Cons: Those pesky electrical outlets failed to bring the heat for my hairdo. Pity, but no biggie. Now, let's savor some more bites, shall we?

I chose Hyatt Place for its proximity to the Torpedo Factory Art Center. The convenience was an added bonus. The bar/lounge was a great place to unwind, and the buffet breakfast options were satisfying.

Nothing I didn't like.

The decoration at the hotel was simply charming, with lovely floral patterns and elegant furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-lit, perfect for seniors to navigate comfortably. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with convenient elevators and wide, well-maintained corridors that made getting around a breeze.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the hotel could provide larger and more comfortable seating options in the public areas, especially for the children of the staff who might need some extra comfort during their stay.

I chose Hyatt Place for its proximity to the National Harbor Marina, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent bar/lounge with a variety of drinks. The buffet breakfast options were delightful and the 24-hr front desk was very convenient.

No harbor view, No parking, AC & TV issues

Just had a FANTASTIC STAY at a luxury hotel! the infinity pool was my favorite - even better than in the photos. Definitely coming back!

Despite some minor inconveniences like delayed room service and lack of in-room microwaves, I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place National Harbor. The room overlooking the Potomac River was lovely, and the friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. Free AA batteries upon request were a nice touch.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, and great location close to everything in the area. The free breakfast was also a nice perk, especially considering the room charge was high.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place! the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. the security measures were exceptional, from using our room key to activate the elevator to the locked entrance door at certain hours. We felt safe knowing that we had to use our room key to access the building and the elevators. the staff was incredibly kind, bringing us forks and spoons when we needed them. the view from our window was absolutely amazing, and we loved the animal-friendly atmosphere. the temperature control in the room was fantastic, allowing us to easily adjust it to our liking.
